Returns

We only offer refunds for items that are faulty. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at smartcupaus@gmail.com with your order number and details about the fault to initiate the return process. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or offer a replacement. Returns for non-faulty items or outside the 30-day window are not accepted.
